Rules of tajweed Course

This course is designed for students who have finished their Quran Reading course and can recite the Qur’an but want to improve their tajweed skills. The program aims to enhance your recitation through regular practice. It helps you apply the tajweed rules you learned at the beginner level with more confidence and accuracy.

In this course, you will take part in guided reading sessions, repeated exercises, and practical applications of each rule. Fluency in Quranic recitation comes from ongoing training. Each lesson is crafted to help you gain better control over pronunciation, clarity, and rhythm. All key tajweed principles will be reviewed and practiced to ensure steady progress in your reading.

01- What is Tajweed?

The word Tajweed means doing something well. It is to recite every letter correctly from its proper origin (makhraj) with its all qualities.

02- Why tajweed is important for recitation?

Learning “Tajweed” is very important for recitation because applying the rules of Tajweed protect us from making mistakes.

03- What are Mistakes in the recitation of Quran?

There are two types of mistakes.

1:- Clear Mistake (لحن الْجَلِى):
It is changing a letter or changing a sign (harakah). This type of mistake is haraam.

2:- Hidden Mistake (لحن الخَفِى):
It is ignoring ghunnah, ikhfa, iqlab, idgham etc. We should avoid this type of mistake.

Requirements For Rules Of Tajweed Course?

This Tajweed Course is the next step after finishing the Quran Reading Course. Students should be comfortable reading Arabic text. It’s important to have a basic understanding of harakāt, sukoon, madd, tanween, and shaddah before joining, as these basics are necessary for applying tajweed correctly.
